Atmosphere was lovely and a relaxing experience. Staff are friendly. My appointment was for a classic set of lashes. After leaving within 3 days I had over 30 lashes fall off. They were not naturally shed. The glue/application was not done correctly. Kind of disappointed with how many I have lost over 11 days since getting them done. Still they are falling off my natural lash. I have had my lashes done numerous times from various locations in the GTA and I have never had this experience. I won't be going back for lashes.
The most incredible and relaxing massage and facial I have ever had in my life… I left there feeling renewed and refreshed I give it 10+ ⭐️
No better place in Centre Wellington to go for spa services! We have been going to LA beauty for years for mother daughter facials. The products they use and massage portion of the facial are incredible! I would highly recommend LA Beauty for all your spa needs! I hear they do a great job at lashes too from friends! Carly and her team are absolutely amazing!

Just had my first facial done with Karly today! Omg it was a dream! She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable in skin care, she was very kind and welcoming. The whole environment was so relaxing from the front desk and to the room. When I was done my skin looked so bright, fresh and clean! I can’t wait to go back ! I got an express facial !
