Had a home at this community and I do not recommend First of all there are crawl spaces under these homes! That when it rains water stays ..and yep bugs!!! Home was filled with spiders/water crickets(rhaphidophoride) yes they bite!! Hope. Your neighbors aren't nasty like mine were. Library what a joke...your hoa goes up every year...to cut grass, & winter clean up. No pool. Though wouldn't want to swim with neighbors that would be there bath time. I’ve had the pleasure of owning units in Labar Village and dealing with MGMT for close to 20 years. At one time we managed the community. One of the best over 55 communities in the POCONOS.
