Got here at 7:30 PM to get my vehicle rented months ago . No one was available for over 30 minutes . When the guys for the keys to our car the car didn’t work . He said we had to wait for an HOUR TO GET A NEW VEHICLE ! I am pissed , never rent from here !!!!!!!!
Absolutely awful experience, ruined a 5 month planned vacation. Do NOT use this service or Turo.
Absolute TEASH company. Booked a car through Turo with these guys. Hours later, all of a sudden the vehicle isn’t available. They said they were going to upgrade me. They upgraded me and then I get an invoice to pay the difference. Then they lied and said that Turo was the one charging me extra. Well I spoke with Turo and they said that was incorrect. BEWARE of this company!!! It rents out numerous vehicles in at least 8 lots and does not care about customer experience. I rented a Pathfinder in Dallas and showed up to the lot and the car was nowhere to be found. I walked around in 110 degree weather with my young child for 30 minutes before someone from the company finally showed up and realized that someone else drove off with the car because they keep the keys in the gas cap. Basically cancel because I wasn't charged enough. Of course i was already charged before they figured it out a week later. 🤮
