Worst experience EVER! Out of all of the years that I have rented thru Turo this is by far the WORST! When picking up the vehicle I noticed there was an extremely horrible oder in the car. It smelled like there was spoiled food or something that was left in the vehicle. I spoke with the cleaning guys about this and he sprayed air freshener in the car and assured me that it should be fine. Total scam stay away from this company at all cost! No matter how desperate you may be just know they will only make it WORSE!!!
Terrible. Cancelled our reservation last minute which left us stranded at midnight in their sketchy parking lot. Do a better job.

Really impressive how you managed to completely screw this up. No car, no staff, no communication. Just us, alone at midnight in a sketchy lot. You’ve outdone yourselves. Rent anywhere else if you value your time or sanity
