If you haven't experienced a spinal energetics session yet, I highly recommend doing so! Dr. Ren is so gifted, and a wholehearted individual with an incredible origin story. I can't recommend her enough.

This wellness center is amazing! The space is gorgeous and the practitioners, owners and staff are the most warm and welcoming people. You can tell how much love they put into their craft and the space itself. You should definitely check out Carrie's soundbaths if you're in need of a reset or deep, restorative meditation. Wish I lived closer so I could come here more regularly, but it's worth the trip (and the traffic) all the way from LA.
Beautiful place of healing. Everyone has specialty and they are caring and wonderful.. I attended two workshops and I definitely recommend their services. Website has all information, services and workshops. I definitely recommend the full moon and new moon women's circles.
