I was a walk-in. Lisa greeted me with a big smile, and from there on my experience was nothing but pleasant. Lisa took my fingerprints after much tedious work ( apparently all of my tips were hard to impress to get accurate prints) Lisa literally had to massage an ointment on all my tips in order to capture my fingerprints. She really went up and beyond to capture my prints (UPS store could offer no help) Thank you Lisa!
Amazing, fast and knowledgeable! Marcus was so friendly and personable. He explained the process and showed me how to track my prints. Would recommend 100xs over!!
