Empire Today installed our floor manufactured by L W Mountain. The floor is buckling and separating. We contacted Empire, knowing it was under warranty. Empire presented the issues to L W Mountain who declined our claim twice. We asked Empire to give us name and address of person at L W Mountain who made this decision. Empire will not send us any correspondence they submitted on our behalf. Especially since Empire acknowledged there was a problem and came out twice to look at the floor!
