Bought Engineered hard wood that separated due to bad lot. LW Mountain came to house, inspected, then paid for tear out and complete installation of replacement hardwood floor at no cost to me. Looks great and no problems after two years.
Have the product in my home through Empire Today. There is an issue with it cracking. Empire sold it as lifetime warranty, not even 3 years old. This company denying claim. I will see them in small claims court. Would never recommend either company.
