We were denied our apt time. It was made a month in a half and I have two texts to prove the time. This was for my girls twin birthday. I took the day off and arranged child care for my son. We arrived five minutes early told we were late and that they couldn’t help us. I asked for a manager and was given a blank card. We were in shock and tears!
