Very disappointed with the lack of effort and communication. Lisa was presented with a very difficult case and was not upfront with us. She accepted retainer fee. Filed incorrect paper work, continue to accept payment but yet the 1 document that she claims was filed can not be located. Everything we did get back into contact with Lisa there was an excuse. We need our money back Lisa!
