If I could give this no stars I would. This guy Haitiam Allathqani is crook. He is one of the slimiest low life's I have ever worked with. Do not give this guy one penny of your money or any business for that matter. His wife just recently divorced him because of his slimy ways. He will not finish the job and will lie every chance he gets. I have read this guy has screwed people over during Hurricane Harvey. Please do yourself a favor and stay out of his establishment.

This company is amazing!! From start to finish their service is impeccable! I have never felt so comfortable dealing with a company before. From the minute you walk in the door the first time you are treated like family. Leslie helped me select the perfect floors and tile for my flooded house. Miguel’s installation was perfect. I will be doing more work in the future and will definitely be returning!!

You can tell these people really do care about their customers . My job wasn't huge or super detailed but they made me feel like i was spending thousands of dollars by the treatment they gave me. They even sent their sweet engineer Naser to make sure everything was running smoothly. Im telling you my job was only 300sq ft but the whole team worked on it. I re did my kitchen, pool area and master bathroom. They were extremely helpful with any questions i had. The design process got me very excited. When installation started, there were some issues but, that is expected in the remodeling business. The issues were addressed and taken care of immediately. Great staff and customer service. I worked with leslie. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. My kitchen was awesome. I did granite countertops and tile that looks like wood on my floor. My kitchen looks like a completely different kitchen. I will definitely be doing my living room and all my bathrooms in the near future!

Six months ago I decided that I wanted to completely remodel my house that was built about 50 years ago. I am writing about the LM tile at Cypresswood in Spring-NOT the 529 store---these are 2 different stores with 2 different owners. The owners of the Spring store are great and did a great job on putting tile in the entire house. Any questions or concerns were professionally handled and all promises fullfilled. I read reviews about the LM tile on 529 and was scared to death that I had chosen wrong but turns out owner of Spring LM tile sold the 529 store years ago. Highly recommend the one in Spring
