I contacted this company in regards to pictures taken at my child’s school that I haven’t received, however the payment was taken from my account. I have not heard back from anyone. This is very unprofessional and I will be sure to NEVER allow my child to take pictures with this company again.
I could've taken a better photograph with a smartphone.
I have called this company on numerous occasions to receive my children's pics that I ordered via their school. I have left several messages via email and phone in the last 2 months and my check was cashed last month and have received no response. This is tacky and unprofessional.
