I had floor damage on my first floor in westerly and the insurance company offered about 5k for damages and repairs for the entire first floor of my house. I call this company and soon Ashley and her boss came and said they could help. Fast forward a few months and I have a new hard wood floor and they were able to get us upwards 30k for everything. In addition I was also saved the hassle of dealing with the insurance company in any capacity. 5/5 Absolutely recommended and I will be using them in the future.

I hired L & M Public Adjusters after my sister's home flooded due to a broken pipe. The insurance company's payment was way too low for the amount of damage and loss. Ashley took over our case and did an incredible amount of work over several months. She stayed on top of the whole process and her knowledge was impressive. I would have given up, but she kept going and was able to get us more than 4 times the initial settlement! I recommend L & M Public Adjusters wholeheartedly.

L&M helped me to not only reach a fair settlement but helped me obtain a settlement in general. My insurance company gave me a hard time from the very beginning of my claim. John accomplished more for me in five days than I was able to accomplish in 4 months. Wonderful to work with.
