I had a great experience with L&M Public Adjusters. This was my first home insurance claim ever and I had no idea what I was doing. Our furnace had a puff back which caused black soot damage all over my 2 family home. The insurance company first told me they would pay for it to be cleaned, and when we had a disaster restoration company come in, they found the damage went behind the walls and into all the insulation.
