John Mullaney was exceptional in handling two challenging water damage insurance claims we had at our home. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable about insurance codes, and timely with all steps of the process. Most importantly, his results were exceptional: we got the coverage we needed to make the repairs. We would definitely hire him again.

I have known John for a number of years from when he helped me with a claim. I was very impressed by the way he handled it. Since then I have referred him to friends. More recently had a water damage in basement and again contacted him. This time he had an assistant handle my situation and she was also very good. So they do a good job. Although this time we ended up having some communication challenges, resulting in some heated discussions. I had a great experience with L&M Public Adjusters. This was my first home insurance claim ever and I had no idea what I was doing. Our furnace had a puff back which caused black soot damage all over my 2 family home. The insurance company first told me they would pay for it to be cleaned, and when we had a disaster restoration company come in, they found the damage went behind the walls and into all the insulation. What would we have done without John? We would been much poorer and sadder. John advocated for us with an insurance company notorious for not paying out and for dragging their feet.
