We cannot recommend L&M highly enough! My fiancé worked with Carson to create the most beautiful engagement ring. After we were engaged Carson was incredibly helpful in any questions or requests we had. My husband and I walked in just to see how much it would be to resize our rings die to weight loss. They were so friendly and suggested waiting until we were closer to our goal to hold the integrity of our rings since they are thinner bands. Mine had bent out of shape so they rounded it out and put a spacer on (no charge) and when looking at it noticed a prong was worn down. Kathi was really helpful with my decision to buy a replacement for my wedding ring that had lost its diamond. Even though it's not as hard as a diamond, I decided on an aquamarine ring since I love the light blue color and it's also my birthstone! Amazing work and customer service! I got my rings resized after having a baby and they worked with me to get the correct size and make sure both rings were placed perfectly together. Also, they are all very friendly and want to make sure you have a great experience when you work with them on your jewelry. I will definitely be going back for all future jewelry needs!
