I cannot recommend Lori and her staff at L. Lopez, CPA & Associates Inc. highly enough. I have been working with her and in the past her father for over twenty years. In all my experiences with her she has always been extremely professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of the accounting world. She is easy and fun to communicate with!
It’s crazy to me that she could lie over and over to me over the phone and in my face. I have had her ask for extensions without my permission and ends with me paying thousands of dollars. When I ask her if she finished doing my taxes she says yes but her assistant says that she in fact did not. She has costed me thousands of dollars and the only reason I’m still with her is because she won’t hand my file over to transfer cpa.
What impressed me the most was their personalized approach. They took the time to understand my unique financial goals and tailored their services to match my needs perfectly. Their attention to detail and commitment to accuracy gave me complete confidence in the results they provided. I would highly recommend this tax firm to utilize for personal and business related assignment.
