Absolutely the worst possible experience. They screwed up my tax return and now I have to file a correction. I told them about and they said that it would take 3 months, contacted the IRS and found out they lied. There are way too many places to file your tax returns, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They have no idea what they’re doing, and are completely unprofessional. I’ve been coming to Joaquin for years and I can’t imaging allowing anyone else to touch my taxes. He’s literally the best. I love his personality, attitude and work style. He makes the process so peaceful, which still blows my mind to this day! I am such a fan.
This is my third time coming. My income tax was prepared fast in no time. It was a busy place, a bit crowded, and there were 4 people ahead of me. I waited patiently (in my car) for almost two hours, but she was done within 7 minutes. I'm satisfied. Until next year!
