Bought a solitaire diamond ring and love it and gold earrings for my adopted daughter who loves them. Customer service exceptional.
Having used L Guest Jewellers for years this last occasion was very disappointing. Needed a gold bracelet fixed and was charged £145. Nobody likes to feel they have been completely fleeced. All they would say is it was complicated work to repair a broken link. Last time I'll use them or recommend them.
