Excellent customer service from Mark! We love our new furniture.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would — and that’s being generous. I came in looking for a couch and left with trust issues. The salesperson vanished faster than my hopes of finding decent customer service. When my “luxury” sofa finally arrived (three weeks late), it looked like it had survived a mild tornado and lost the fight. If you want furniture that doubles as a life lesson in disappointment, this is your place.
Wonderful, patient, and professional service, through both the purchasing and delivery process. Would definitely go with them again.
We heard about L Furniture from a couple friends and decided to go there to look for a new sofa. If you want a place that has a big selection for custom furniture - this is the place! We were helped by the salesperson (sorry, I can't remember his name!) who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and gave us help when decided on what to choose. Need to be a little handy on your own. Holes were not drilled right for some of it. After an hour of trying and trying to get it in we had to drill own as they made mistake. Seems to be solid bed once we got it together with own creativity. They never acknowledged my email or offered apology or solution.
