We heard about L Furniture from a couple friends and decided to go there to look for a new sofa. If you want a place that has a big selection for custom furniture - this is the place! We were helped by the salesperson (sorry, I can't remember his name!) who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and gave us help when decided on what to choose. Need to be a little handy on your own. Holes were not drilled right for some of it. After an hour of trying and trying to get it in we had to drill own as they made mistake. Seems to be solid bed once we got it together with own creativity. They never acknowledged my email or offered apology or solution.
Fabulous experience from the start of shopping for and the delivery of our loveseat hide a bed. Canadian made, excellent quality...we are thrilled with our purchase and will be shopping there for a couch and chairs very soon. We highly recommend LFurniture 2nd purchase at LFurniture... 2 accent chairs and a dresser, we are very happy with them, perfect for our place. Once again, our experience from start to finish couldn't go more smoothly. Thanks to the team at LFurniture! A couch is next :)
