You are asked to prepare forms and have the necessary documents well before the settlement date. In doing so, the actual settlement goes very smoothly and quickly. The law office staff was very courteous and professional and were there for you to answer your questions and address your concerns. Selling a home is stressful, and L. Echevarria law firm made the whole process so much easier. And I won't forget the great costumes they wore on Halloween...so funny.
