I’ve been coming here for a few years and Luis is great at accommodating me. However, the front desk set up is very frustrating. Judging from the reviews, they have not acted upon a better system for accommodating people. You’re asked to schedule an appointment, but please expect to be seen at least an hour after your “scheduled” appointment. I’m not sure if they just take walk ins prior to scheduled appointments or if they purposely double book in case of cancels but regardless their system truly needs to change as it is an... read more

Was told to schedule an appointment prior to coming and didn’t get attended till 1 and half hours later what’s the point of making us call if we won’t get attended when we are supposed to. The lady’s upfront just sit down talking and scrolling on their phone giving nobody an update of when we will be attended . They don't direct clients walking in that there’s more seats in the back so we are all standing in front . Please fix this or don’t overbook get something done .
