Great service. Timely return!
Being doing business with them for years, never get my w2s until exactly the 31st. Then when I came to pick them up, they had me driving in circles just to pick them up, then she sees me outside in the parking lot right in front and walks away and tells us to park in the back and that we need to figure out how to get back there for her to give us the w2s, then my payroll is always late so I gotta pay my employees late. Definitely gonna be looking for another accounting.
One of the most unprofessional businesses l have ever interacted with. They treat their long term customers with total disrespect.l would recommend another tax preparation agency for consumers. From the previous review l can clearly see why.
