They blocked me on eBay and on their website because of one innocuous statement I made about cleaned coins. This they did after I've done tens of thousands of dollars business with them! No customer loyalty at all. Disappointed and disgusted. Thanks L & C!! Steve M.
I saw a 1915 $5 Gold, EF, Uncertified, Indian for sale on their website for $415.00. I mulled over purchasing for several days, but then pulled the trigger and bought the coin. Two days later, I get an email from Kevin stating - “There was an error in the listing price and the correct price is $485. I will refund your order and it will be relisted at the correct price if you would like to repurchase it.” This price was on the website for almost a week. I am a long-time collector of 55 years, so I consider myself a very experienced numismatist. In early May 2020, I ordered items from L & C. This was my very first order EVER with this company. Upon looking over their 48 page catalog, I ordered a 30 coin set of Walking Liberty Half Dollars dated from 1917 to 1929. According to this listing, these 30 halves were to grade from "Good to Very Good."
