The overall experience was amazing. We felt heard. We felt like people, not headed through like cattle. We were not rushed, no waiting room full of people waiting for us to be finished. We were encouraged to ask questions. We were given choices and those choices were given with a full explanation so an educated decision could be made! Were are very please and will gladly refer friends and family in the future should the need arises.
I’ve worn hearing aids for 10 years but never experienced an exam as thorough as I did at Al A Lenkner Audiology and Speech. Lucretia was meticulous from the consultation through the audiogram, real ear measurement and adjustment of my hearing aids. I had intended to purchase new hearing aids but rather than pushing a sale, she told me that was unnecessary; my aids merely needed proper adjustment. She was right. I've never personally been to this facility myself, this review is based on a specific worker unfortunately due to an occurrence over a parking spot !! Today Oct. 31st , 2025 . The children of Munhall had a parade directly in front of this establishment, me not being familiar with the area I tried to park my car behind the building only to find that after I unpacked my newborn baby , got her into her stroller , an older Caucasian lady ,hair seemed a little blonde, met me outside FUSSING that I WILL move my car , she came out... read more
I am a caregiver for a patient of Lucretia Lechner, Theresa Ciolli. Theresa has been a patient for over 15 years, and the care, knowledge, skills and the interest Lucretia shows in her care is remarkable. I recommend her highly.
I will never go to another provider. Lucretia Lenkner is absolutely very knowledgeable in all things involving hearing. She has demonstrated kindness and consideration. She is fair and honest and has never rushed me. She also gives enough time to make sure you know how to change a dome or control etc.
