This rating is for the wrong company name and the wrong website. I haven't avail the service yet. The website says KZ car rental but if you try to book through that website, nothing works. After calling the phone number in the website KZ car rental several times from 9 am to 10 am on Tuesday, I finally talked to the customer rep and seems like the company is holiday car rentals and the number is same, different website. wasted so much of my time clicking and refreshing the page in the KZ rentals thinking it's my computer giv... read more
I have rented from several car rental companies before, but the quality of service and friendliness offered in this place has been nothing short of exceptional. Unlike most other franchise rental companies, Harpreet and his employees show care and genuine interest in providing the best experience for their customers. When I came to pick up my reserved 12 passenger, Harpreet suggested a more cost-efficient package to fulfill my needs even though he didn't need to. I will definitely come back again !
