I have been using the Y brush for a couple of years now, and generally am happy with it. I like that the bristles taper and it does not feel as aggressive as the sonicare brush heads. I bought replacement brush heads recently for the Y brush, and the white one is so tight it is now stuck on my brush handle because it feels like I will break it if I try to force it off. I emailed the customer service about a week ago, but still no response.
Your toothbrushes are amazing, I am a physician and recommend them to many of my patients. Personally I was told that I had to have the deep cleanings because of gum rescission - 2 months after using the curvy brush I went back to the dentist and everything was normal and I never needed the deep cleaning. This has been my experience when I have patients with problems as well; everything clears.
The customer service is fabulous. I switched from the straight S_Care to the angled Curvy brush a few years ago and it has made a huge difference in effectively brushing my teeth and reaching everywhere in my mouth. It is also great for the gum line. My dental hygienist noticed the difference without me saying a word, which is all the proof I need. My teeth are just cleaner and I highly recommend this toothbrush.
I bought my first toothbrush years ago at the New Life Expo in NYC. When I reordered a brush head they knew I needed the sensitive head. You are dealing with wonderful people not corporate thugs. They truly care and are such wonderful helpful people. I bought the new travel brush and love it!
