Skylar is awesome to deal with... really knows her stuff..
The team was nice to deal with here, but I am very disappointed with the "Garden Soil" I recently received. It was very heavy and basically like clay. It came in clumps and I literally had to break it down by hand a little bit at a time which took hours. Its too heavy to grow anything in and its full of little weeds popping through now. Great fast service
My husband and I have had a couple of unfavourable experiences with Kynocks since February 2025 leading up to our completion of our projects, and while we would love to support our local community the woman who greats you at arrival, and seems to be the only one to answer your questions is extremely rude, condescending, defensive and short with her tone.
