Out Brother John lived in Kynance for a couple of years, During which time he was cared for the way you would hope your loved one would be. The staff took time to listen to him and have a larth with him. He sometimes thought he was in a posh hotel because his treatment was second to none. My mum was a resident in kynance for 7 years ,her care was fabulous.
Went to visit family today staff I met were very friendly and helpful.
