Customer service was absolutely amazing.
We purchased the H6203 2 person sauna in January 2026. It was easy to put together at home and the whole family is using it daily. Service and information was excellent.
High quality Infrared Sauna's- can't recommend highly enough! Great customer service and cheap delivery too!
Marj and the team at Kylin saunas have so great to deal with. Very friendly throughout the purchasing process. A few months in our light remote stopped working, they were so responsive and helpful in resolving this issue and within 2 days had a new remote dispatched. Thanks again team. Also loving the sauna :)
