I recomend that you encourage your sales reps (Yan Zhang) not to lie / mislead potential customers. I attended this week's fitness expo and was offered the K8202 at a one time show price for $2099, only to find it on your website advertised for the same price to all customers.
We’re absolutely loving our new sauna! Using it every day since having it installed two weeks ago. Great customer service and really competitive prices!
We purchased 2 person low EMF sauna, I think it’s best deal, I use it as 1 person as I’m tall but it’s much roomier than one person sauna and we love it, great build great value. The Bluetooth stopped working after a month but the customer service was great and they sent us new control panels within a week which took us 10 minutes to replace. Would highly recommend them.
Excellent generous service, all works perfectly now after I had a service request after a few years, bought as new second hand, but was treated as first customer.
Online sale of 2 person sauna…was a great company to deal with .
