Great service by Julie when we visited the show room, she explained the different types of saunas clearly and there was no pressure to buy and patiently answered all our many questions. Delivery was very fast after we purchased. We also organised for the installation which was also done efficiently by Nathan. Highly recommended to get it installed professionally.
