I purchased my sauna over 3 years ago, have used it almost every day over the 3 years so some general wear and tear was expected. I contacted the customer service as it just wasn’t getting as hot as it used to (completely expected with the amount of use it has had). They sent a technician out within a week, and has replaced all the heating panels as well as the control panel free of charge as it is still under warranty. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with you guys. Thanks again.
