Del, Lucy and Kylie made us feel so welcome when we drove our daughter from Kent to the shop in Wales to find a gown to compete in in LA later this year. The gown had to be something so special for our daughter who is currently Teen Miss Diamond UK 2024 as she was will be competing on an international stage. Be careful as my daughter ended up with the same dress as someone else in her school on the same day. Same venue. They are supposed to keep records ! Was promised a gift as an apology about 7 times over the last month but nothing has arrived, even text asking about it- no reply !!! Poor service

Cool shop
Kylie was incredibly helpful with my daughters prom dress. Nothing was too much trouble and she did all she could to make the experience for my daughter a memorable one. Highly recommended.
