Del, Lucy and Kylie made us feel so welcome when we drove our daughter from Kent to the shop in Wales to find a gown to compete in in LA later this year. Be careful as my daughter ended up with the same dress as someone else in her school on the same day. Same venue. They are supposed to keep records ! Was promised a gift as an apology about 7 times over the last month but nothing has arrived, even text asking about it- no reply !!! Poor service

Kylie was incredibly helpful with my daughters prom dress. Nothing was too much trouble and she did all she could to make the experience for my daughter a memorable one. Highly recommended.
