The manager of the Thorndale location took our information and said he would fax it to our loan company to request the title after the "rush". Its been 3 weeks so we called our loan company to see how much longer it would be before our titles were mailed out. We were told they are processed in 48 hours and mailed out, they should have them by now. So I called to check with Kyle's. Normally I don’t leave reviews, however I called and asked if the insurance card needed to show my name , because I’m under my kids dads policy , she said it did need too , okay cool I got a certificate that they use to use back in the day that stated I was the primary driver of the vehicle and I was insured under that policy until I got my insurance card , well she tells me that’s not good enough but would look over and get back with me , never got back with me .
