I’m extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism that Kylee has shown me. I booked a photography session back in May and made a deposit. In mid-June I needed to change the date of the photo shoot and contacted Kylee to reschedule. After not hearing back from her for a week, we booked with someone else and requested a refund. It’s been a month since then and I’ve reached out in several different ways but I haven’t heard back. She hasn’t even shown the decency to deny my refund request, I’ve just been ignored.

Kylee recently did our extended family photos and let me tell you, they turned out STUNNING! She is so professional and detail oriented to make sure you get the best photos possible! Her turn around time is impressively fast, as well.
