If you are okay not getting calls returned, taking too long to get taxes filed, no consultations, and expecting a refund and realize you actually owe, well this is the firm for you. They disappoint from start to finish!
They have caused unbelievable confusion and stress. We had to find a new accountant. We now have multiple EIN numbers and it will take hours to fix. When we dealt with Kyle it was fine. Then we were passed off to a crazy person.
Very responsive to my needs, and economical.
I always feel so much CONFIDENCE with Kyle doing my Taxes and the Staff are all very nice and Helpful!
Last year this was the worst service I have ever had from any accounting firm ever. They used to have great people. I will never use them again.
