Scam company, buys home loans and then doesn't allow people to make payments so they can try to steal the house. I can't even get an actual person to get a mortgage statement to try and transfer the loan elsewhere. Website "can't find my loan", I drove two hours to one of their offices to make a payment and found an empty office and other neighboring offices said they've never seen anybody enter those offices.
Kyle is amazing. Can’t speak any better of him. I’d be happy to go with him on any mortgage in my future. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and so easy to work with. Everything in the portal makes the process seamless as well.

I had one more thing to do before my loan cleared underwriting – call the IRS to get a form. Of course, this was the day the government shut down, and I couldn't get ahold of a human. Kyle and I went back and forth for the majority of a day so that I would be able to close my loan before the end of the week. He called managers and underwriters, making sure that everything got done. His communication and dedication to getting to the closing table are excellent. I highly recommend him!
