What a joke! He quoted me one retainer amount and then increased it after he found out my last attorney was refunding a greater amount. I should have walked out then but I needed someone quickly. He filed one motion while representing me. Judge Scully basically laughed it out of the courtroom. He promised me he would file a motion citing all the contemptuous actions of my ex. Kyle is not a knowledgeable attorney of current criminal law in the state of Alabama. My experience with him has been terrible dealing with the cases. He basically had both of my sons sign a plea deal for the maximum sentence. No youthful offender no time out.
