I was able to schedule an appointment to wait on my bike to be fixed and Mark was amazing. I drove well over an hour each way and I am so glad I did. Not only is he amazingly honest, very knowledgeable, he is also incredibly talented. I am so glad Mark and Kyle Cyclery came so highly recommended for Central Texas bike shops because Mark sure did not disappoint. Highly recommend. 👍🏻👍🏻
Mark was awesome. he fixed my E bike after two years of trying to find a place to do it, and he did it in minutes while I was waiting. Didn’t overcharge me was a super professional guy. If you’ve got an E bike that needs repair go find the guy.
Small shop in a small shopping center in Kyle. Needed my fork replaced, so I brought the bike and new fork in and Marc took it and worked his magic on my bike while I was there. Great work and great conversation! Back on the road again and couldn't be more pleased - this is my new bike repair shop.
Purchased a Marin mountain bike from Kyle Cyclery for my son and couldn't be happier. Marc, the owner, is generous with his time and caring for the future of the sport. He helped walk my son through his new bike, gave him guidance on cleaning and maintenance, and even offered up trail ride opportunities. A six star experience!
I ordered an Lectric bike online. It arrived defective. I called Kyle Cyclery. Marc repaired it and added all of the accessories. He also delivered it to our home the same day! Marc explained all of the features of the bike and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Kyle Cyclery.
