Overall good experience. Communication was good and staff were nice. 2 tire replacements and alignment took ~4.5hrs. Not sure if this is the norm, but expecting 3hrs max since had an appointment. Also recommend to place paper mat to avoid workers boot prints and wipe off lubricant on rims. Update - Kyle contacted me to remedy the pain points by cleaning and detailing the all tires, cleaning the floor mat and additional compensation.
