Kyle, Sam, and Brent did a wonderful job at making sure that all of our questions were answered effectively and in a timely manner. Kyle was very accessible and knowledgeable. I believe they did their best to get me the best possible rate, and keep me well informed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this team.
Made the mistake of trying to go through USAA and Navy Fed. Nothing against those banks, but they lumbered along like bloated hippos, offering only impersonal and sporadic interaction.
