TJ it was a great friendly guy with a very proficient and thorough with his work. Greatly appreciated it. I would recommend him and KY water air to anyone!
TJ was very responsive. He provided the annual service for my water softener. Although I wasn’t there at the property, I was notified of the leak with a video. It was fixed in a timely manner. He even told me how much salt I would need to get me through an entire year. He was very helpful and insightful!

Our service Guy TJ was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and informative. Was extremely thorough and went the extra mile to ensure we understand everything our system was capable of, how it worked, and that all the fits and finishes were secure, tight and polished! We will be requesting him from now on!
TJ installed our water softener system and kitchen filtration system. He did an excellent job, was on time, completed the job efficiently, and things work great.
