KWOLITY by name and totally by nature, the level of service goes above and beyond and the quality of the trikes is just amazing, I couldn't be more happy and confident in my purchase because I know from my uncle's own experience over the last almost four years since he acquired his that he has never had a problem with his trike and he can't speak highly enough about the level of after sale customer service even recently whilst ordering accessories. I have only had my e-trike a few days and it exceeds my expectations. John was very helpful and friendly, it was a pleasure to have my purchase handled by him. It is fabulous quality and I use it constantly and enjoy every minute of my rides. I am so glad I chose the cobalt blue it is a gorgeous colour. I am extremely happy.
