Internet went out during our last storm. Brad B. Came out and got us up and running again. Really happy with KiwKom, best Internet we've had out here in the country.
There service is horrible! Contacted the office several times and they've done nothing! I don't recommend this company for anything! Slowest internet company in Kansas!!!!!!
In Sept 2016 I signed on for internet service. The terms and conditions said early termination fee for where I am at 13 months later would be 160.00. I receive communications from them last week about a NEW terms and conditions policy which says the new terms and conditions policy takes effect Nov 1 and in the policy it says I am required to give 30 day written notice to cancel service and oh by the way early termination fee for where I would be at that time per my 3 three year commitment would be 600.00. No cap and great speed for streaming I have had their service for the past four years and it has worked like a champ. I can watch news videos, YouTube, et al without a hitch. Service works in bad weather and they don't cap the amount of usage like the satellite service I previously had.
