Why would they call it a “walk in” clinic when you need an appointment? First time using this resource. I drove all the way from Waupaca to Appleton because I have strep and need some relief. I had to push the door bell twice. I walk in and the nurse was really rude asking if I had an appointment. I said no, didn’t think I needed one. Rolls her eyes and tells me I have to call back in TWO HOURS to make an appointment? Be so for real. Why can’t we make an appointment while I’m here for later in the day?
