Houa, the nurse practitioner, is both rude and inexperienced. This is not just my personal experience—many of my coworkers have had similar negative interactions with her. I've seen her several times and each time, I felt she lacked proper knowledge. Unless you have strep throat, she often refers you elsewhere because she doesn't seem to know how to handle other issues.

Super friendly, polite, and respectful. Almost a pleasure to go to the clinic. They seem to take care of us.

The whole staff from nurses to Dr.'s to physical therapy, it's all top notch!!
