this store is EXCELLENT. My husband & I visit frequently after swimming at American Center. Very excellent food & customer service.
The women at this Kwik Trip right now are too busy trying to stare me down and talking to dudes about the photos he's taken to give me good customer service or to even hear what I'm saying. I shouldn't have to walk into YOUR STORE to greet YOU! It's supposed to be THE OTHER WAY AROUND!... What to you Kwik Trip? I don't know if it's because I'm a woman too OR WORSE, it's a racial thing but this is annoying and unprofessional.

There's a reason I stop at Kwik Trip whenever possible, and it's because of people like Alex, who know their customers, and go out of their way to make their lives easier/more pleasant at any opportunity.
Alex did a friend of mine a solid today. My buddy was trying to get drinks for him and his crew but atthe register realized he frgot his wallet. Alex took care of him because he recognized my buddy as a regular custmer. Thank you Alex you're awesome!
A friend of mine went to pay for his drinks this morning and realized he forgot his wallet. An employee named Alex that recognized him as a regular customer proceeded to pay for my friends drinks without any desire for repayment. It is people like Alex that make the world a better place. Be like Alex.
