2/25/2025 Update. Kwik Trip Corporate responded to my original review with a link to "Contact Us." That was 3 calender days ago and still crickets. Original review > The display at the pump was different on 2/17/2025 around 3:30 - 4:00 pm. My Kwik Trip debit card was denied twice but worked in the store the night before and 2 days later at a Mt. Had to double pay for car wash because it gave me a blank receipt when purchasing after paying for fuel so I couldn'tget a code. The car wash didn't give me a receipt when requested.
The display at the pump was different on 2/17/2025 around 3:30 - 4:00 pm. My Kwik Trip debit card was denied twice but worked in the store, the night before and 2 days later at a Mt. Pleasant store. The young man with crooked glasses in the Somers store was no help, not even offering to come out and look at the pump. I called Kwik Trip's home office and left a voice-mail. That was over 24 hours ago. Still no response. I hope that wasn't a skimmer on the pump!?!?
The bathrooms are nasty. There is poop all over the toilet and the floor. No employee cared when I told them about it. That's a safety hazard! I will be reporting this store and sharing the photos I took. Along with the video of employees telling me they don't care.
I ordered online, and there was a problem where my order did not go through. The assistant manager helped me figure out what the problem was. The order finally went through and I got my order.
