Beware!!!!!!!! Don’t get scammed…..My experience with Kwik Mortgage was really bad. Service rep Ryan Murray promised a fixed interest rate when the rate was low but did not lock the rate purposefully and let the interest rates go up. He didn’t disclose until the last moment. He got all the documents signed and ordered for an appraisal (charged me 550 dollars) without letting me know. He then tried to lock the interest rate when the rates went up and bad. Not reliable. The worst experience. They do not stick to words.
This is my third closing experience with Viral Mistry from Kwik Mortgage, he is through professional great knowledge about the industry and very helpful. Best people and company to work with, if you are looking for mortgage. Their customer service is par-excellence.... Keep up the good work....
