We used them for the first time a week ago, and our order was exactly what we needed after we discussed our vision with Gordon and sent him samples. He is friendly, professional, clear, and quick with his results in a realistic timeframe. Reasonable rates and awesome customer service coupled with great products.
Worst company and customer service, the employees especially owner guy does not greet guest politely. My mother and I walked in, no greet or even we will be with you in one second. Nothing ignored us. NEVER will I recommend this place to anyone. I'm surprised they aren't shut down yet. Doesn't even deserve my 1 star

I know it may not have looked like it, but we were short handed, we only had to employees who were both helping others. The other people weren't employees.
