Machines are very hit or miss with dispensing. Which would be fine if customer service tried to make it right. They don’t try nor care too. Customer service will say that if it didn’t dispense the item it will refund you in a couple of days. This is not true in my case. And it’s happened multiple times now. I let them know and they said they would have a supervisor contact me which they did and asked which machine and that was it. Complete joke of a company to be honest. Hopefully you can get snacks and lunch elsewhere.
