I went through the KW KC North real estate school and had a great experience! The course fully prepared me to take the National and Missouri exam and they guided me on how to receive my KS license as well. I'm not the best test taker in the world, and was nervous. I passed on the first try! The in person class helps you understand the material and the real life examples shared help make the information applicable. Was lied to by multiple staff members about the their Missouri & Kansas real estate practice course would count for both states. It only qualified me for Missouri and now I am having to take the class over again to be able to take my Kansas test(another $200). The staff is unwilling to resolve the solution. Save yourself time and money and just go to Career Education Systems school.
