After having K and W do my taxes for 20 years, this fall I received a letter from the IRS letting me know that I owed them almost $2000 for a miscalculation on my 2020 Form. When I reached out to Luke Williams, the accountant who filed my taxes, he shouted at me on the phone and would not listen to my concerns. When Paul Williams, the head CPA, spoke to me about the issue, he also shouted at me and would not let me speak.
