The company replied to my review, but still hasn’t reached out to me directly or offered a refund. Their public response means nothing without action. They wasted my time, took my money, ignored my calls and emails, and continue to ignore the issue entirely. Beware if something goes wrong, don’t expect them to make it right. Extremely unprofessional. My photographer and I booked this studio for one hour to take digitals. We arrived 5 minutes early, rang the Ring doorbell, called the number provided, and even emailed—no response at all. It started raining, so we waited in my car for 50 minutes in front of the building before finally giving up. A complete waste of time and money. Zero consideration and accountability. Would not recommend.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I had a studio rental booking with KVL to shoot modeling digitals and they never showed up!! Both of their phone numbers don’t work and they never responded to texts on Instagram and iMessage. 45 minutes of waiting and $80 of my clients’ money down the drain. We’re still waiting for a refund. Do not book!!!

KVL Media has been assisting us with our new hire photos and they have been a pleasure to work with. The headshots look amazing and the communication has been great throughout the entire process.
