I love this place they have so much variety in Colombian fajas also the staff is super friendly and yes they dont return used garnments just like at any other store because of sanitary purposes, Id be concerned if I knew I was buying an used garment specially if you had a liposuction or any procedure it would be so unsanitary so the people posting mad reviews its because they are being selfish. that is the reason why the staff at kuxtaly measures you and guides you to the right size. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone . I brought a waist trainer from here I only had the waist trainer for 3 days before the wire was popping out and sticking me and the waist trainer was rolling up . The staff are extremely rude and refused to give me an exchange ! Hard to get in contact with the owner and the lady that's pretending to be the owner is no better than that staff . They dont have zero star rating so i guess they get a 1star . This place is Horriable . They tell you when u walk In u have to buy before u can try one on. Prices are ridiculous . Triple the price from everywhere else can't return . Ur better ordering from amazon and returning . This place is a joke . Stay away
This place is horrible that's why they have a no return policy. It's a scam this chick who worked there sold me one stating it would fit me... um no u couldn't even it fastened and once my boyfriend helped me it was hard to take off.
