Unfortunately, had to fire them from a kitchen remodel before any work was done. Started off fine. Met them and received a general quote, and then a preliminary layout. The quote was generic and over our budget, but we were told these were "just general estimates" and they would work closely with us to refine the layout and stay within our budget. Had a wood wheelchair ramp built. It looks great and very solid. They were able to figure out how to build it with the correct slope in the small foot print I had available. Great communications from all their team members, very responsive and fairly priced as well.
