Like all customers we also had a great experience with Kustom the team at Clevedon are very helpful and left us to explore the shop any question we asked was always answered with full knowledge of their products. Once we chose our new chairs we were suprised that all materials had a clean with rag /water. The overall price and experience together with the delivery made writing this review easy.
From the moment we entered the beautifully laid out showroom, we felt it was the right place for us. The customer service, knowledge and allowing the customer space to browse was what we liked. We were even allowed to take samples home to help us with our selection. As other reviews have stated, the customer service and professionalism from start to finish sets them apart from other establishments. A great store with lots of variety in fittings and furniture with a keen focus on high quality. The staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly and the customer service levels were excellent. Strongly recommend.
Second time we have used Kustom. Excellent selection of carpets. Very helpful advice from Molly to help us pick the right one for a bedroom / office. Fitted very quickly and efficiently. Will use again as we redecorate throughout our new home.
From visiting the showroom to receiving my sofa and sideboard my experience with Kustom could not be more impressive. The lady in showroom was so nice and helpful but not pushy.The range of fabrics for sofa was amazing. I was very surprised at the cost of both pieces very competitive.
