A first rate experience from start to finish! I needed advice about damp in a bedroom before having a carpet fitted. Barrie discussed options with me and we decided to try a damp proof membrane. The staff in the showroom were helpful in choosing carpet type and the fitters did a fantastic job. They arrived when promised and couldn’t have been more professional, also helping to move heavy furniture and even dismantling a bed. I will certainly use Kustom again.
We've used Kustom twice now - once for carpet and once for Karndean - and they have been excellent both times. A great range of flooring, helpful advice, friendly people, and a reasonably quick process. And a very nice floor at the end of it all! Will certainly use them again once we summon up the enthusiasm to do the next room!
Faultless and friendly service throughout the whole process of selecting sofas and cushions, placing the order and then delivery. Excellent communication throughout. Beautifully made furniture.
